	Hi,

	I am getting "access denied by ACL" while trying to run BCO:

31 odessa:.../ess> bco -debug -verbose ess_etype_syntax.c
[ SET: Alexander_Goykhman_Alex ]

[ ./sbin/ktools/internal/ess/ess_etype_syntax.c ]
command is: authcover exists ./sbin/ktools/internal/ess/ess_etype_syntax.c,v
process exited with 0
command is: authcover rcsstat -q -D -V -rAlexander_Goykhman_Alex ./sbin/ktools/internal/ess/ess_et
ype_syntax.c,v
rcsstat about to do fgets()
finished with fgets()
process exited with 1
command is: authcover rcsstat -q -D -V -rGOLDMINOS_BL5;HW3OS_BL7;V30MAINTOS_BL1;GOLDOS_BL12;GOLDOS
_ALT;AGOSMINOR_BL9;AGOSMAINT_BL6;alpha_bl012;<93/01/24,16:21:32 ./sbin/ktools/internal/ess/ess_ety
pe_syntax.c,v
rcsstat about to do fgets()
fgets() gave us 1.1.2.3

finished with fgets()
process exited with 0
rcsstat returned revision 1.1.2.3
command is: authcover rlog -h ./sbin/ktools/internal/ess/ess_etype_syntax.c,v
process exited with 0

	My ODE setup seems to be fine:

	Does one need special access permissions (aside from a KERBEROS account)
 	to check a file out? If yes, what is the procedure of getting
	one's name added to the ACL?

	Thanks,

	Alex Goykhman

Yes - the administrator of the pool you're backed by needs to add
you to the access control list (acl). Is this the QAQC pool? If so,
Paul Hantman (cc'd) needs to add you.

I also see something else odd - your sandbox/set appears to be "Alex" --
as far as I know, ODE doesn't allow mixed-case sandbox/setnames (not
counting the Principal_Name part of the set). Perhaps this restriction
was lifted, but if you run into any problems after you're added to
the acl list, this could be a suspect.
