Yes - the administrator of the pool you're backed by needs to add
you to the access control list (acl). Is this the QAQC pool? If so,
Paul Hantman (cc'd) needs to add you.
I also see something else odd - your sandbox/set appears to be "Alex" --
as far as I know, ODE doesn't allow mixed-case sandbox/setnames (not
counting the Principal_Name part of the set). Perhaps this restriction
was lifted, but if you run into any problems after you're added to
the acl list, this could be a suspect.

Does one need special access permissions (aside from a KERBEROS account)
