Candy,
I went over your kerberos setup and made the following
changes.
I removed this entry from /etc/krb.conf (not needed)
ZONE kerberos.zk3.dec.com
I also changed the perms on /var/dss/kerberos/tkt
should be 1777.
I ran kinit and was able to get a tkt,
You should also change /etc/rc.config entry for
XNTP_SERV1="clock1.zk3.dec.com" to
XNTP_SERV1="clock.zk3.dec.com".
Other than that all looks ok to me.
