I looked in /share/cia/build/ptos.dsk1/ptos.2wk/tools/alpha_OSF1/alpha/acc/usr/ccs/lib/cmplrs /cc and noticed the following: -rw-r----- 1 8887 10 43400 Dec 16 13:24 err.english.cc If the mode is 644 does that fix the problem?
