Megan are you backed by the submit tree (v13supportos) or the nightly
(v13supportos.nightly)? I suspect you're backed by nightly; mklinks
will follow the link to the file in .nightly. Once your file gets built
in a successful nightly build, the .nightly tree will be repopulated.
If you resb to the support tree (resb v13supportos) then the link will
show your file.
