Hello again,

I still am unable to workon my v20supportos box.  I am unable to mount the 
v20supportos area so that the workon command can complete.  What am I doing 
wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong.  I think there's something broken with
automount - which is used on the production machines - for the required
mount.  You were copied on mail to admin on this.  

Admin/Mark - any progress (on the too-many-mounts-from-"fbi" problem?)
