At what point did you try to do this? As you know, unless you haven't read
your mail, buffer the RCS server is being replaced today. The pools have been
locked since last night and the machine was swapped this morning. Until the
work is finished, the pool remains locked.

I have a sandbox backed by ptos.nightly. I bco'ed a file yesterday.
