Subject: kerberos probagations
Could some one try to track down Mark Glidden or Bill Capen.
Just tried to call both, but no answer.
yield is not pushing databases to external sites. Hasn't since Saturday.
It is giving the following error:
kprop: /var/dss/kerberos/dbase/dbase: Operation would block
An attempted push has been going on since Nov 12. I suggest killing these
2 process's on yield to begin with:
root 23477 0.0 0.0 1.33M 0K ?? IW Nov 12 0:00.02 find /var/dss/
kerberos/dbase/principal.pag -newer /var/dss/kerberos/dbase/dbase -exec /var/dss
/kerberos/bin/kdb_util slave_dump /var/dss/kerberos/dbase/dbase ; -exec /var/dss
/kerberos/bin/kprop /var/dss/kerberos/dbase/dbase /etc/krb.slaves ;
root 23473 0.0 0.0 1.77M 0K ?? IW Nov 12 0:00.09 sh -c /var/dss
/kerberos/dbase/krb_push
Requesting a lock on an object that is already locked normally causes the
caller to be blocked until the lock may be acquired. If LOCK_NB is
included in operation, then this will not happen; instead, the call will
fail and errno will be set to [EWOULDBLOCK].
