I've been having a problem trying to submit a file and I hope that there is a 
simple answer.

We have a private rcs pool which resides on an 3MAX, which contains both the rcs 
tree and the submit tree.  We use all of the ode tools that reside in the production 
environment in ZK3.

Recently, somehow the kxct.conf file in the src directory of our submit tree was 
blown away.  I've recreated it, but now am having trouble doing a test submit, 
and I hope you can help.  The following is the output of the original bsubmit 
request followed by the resubmit:

bsubmit foo.foo -auto -auto_out foo.foo

[ ./foo.foo Rev 1.1.2.2 checked out ]
