FYI, I just made some edits to the zk copy of mksharedsb, to avoid two
known problems, and also made a mksharedsb.releng, to be used locally
for creating new pools on secret.

The new 'mksharedsb.releng' will do the following: source_host and
submit_host will NOT be put in the rc_files at all, since we have them
in the central global.rc_files (and we had to clean all that out).

The new user 'mksharedsb' will now do the following: kxct.conf files
will be real files, with the correct ownership, rather than links to
files with the wrong ownership (this is a but which may be PTT'd).
Also, the rc_files/local file will now include 'replace' in its
definition of source_host, since it's now globally defined.  This will
possibly be a problem for users of mksharedsb against non-OSF/1 pools.
