Subj: buffer blues
buffer is down, again. The system will be down for an hour
or two. We will use some of this time to swap the system
box out. Most of the time is consumed by the fsck of the
filesystems.
Since buffer only hosts the RCS pools, the community will
still have access to the submit trees, located on secret.
we'll send mail when the buffer has returned.
