OSF Developers,

Next Wednesday, from 9am-12pm, the following active submit pools will
be moved off of the ultrix host 'buffer' onto the osf host 'secret', as
per the plan in /usr/specs/release_bld/plans/SubmitServerPlan.txt.

    ase aseos goldminos goldminx xexternal decx11 hw3os hw3x
    v12supportos v12supportx v13bsupportos v13bsupportx v13supportos
    v13supportx v20bsupportos v20bsupportx v20supportos v20supportx

    goldos & goldx may or may not move on this date, to be determined.

During this time, all bco, bci, and bsubmit activity, as well as
srequests will be disabled, and the submit pools will be unavailable.
However, you will still be able to be backed by nightly or baselevel
pools for builds.

Closer to the down-time, specifics will be provided regarding local ZK
nfs mount changes and sup changes (for client sites).
