begun on useg03.zk3.dec.com. The state of this backing tree is
now unstable until you receive the update completion notice.

John, in case Jim hasn't let you know, no it has not completed. There's
a network problem on useg03, but in the meantime you can use the .bld
rather than the .nightly tree:
odemount -v v20support{os,x}.bld and resb to it.
