bco and bci require general user access to the rcs/os pools - these
requests are sent through project leaders typically, like cori for gold.
submit access to your shared sandbox requires an ACL entry in your
sharedsb's logs/submit.acl file (or no submit.acl file present, or
and entry in sadmin.acl file).

Hi, it's me again. One of the developers backed by the shared sandbox
I set up can not bco any files. He gets an "access denied" by ACL or
something like that. His kerberos id has been added to the acls in
the shared sandbox just like everyone else - and no one is having any
problems except him. Can you check to see if he is in the acl for Gold?
(the shared sandbox is currently backed by goldos.2wk)
Thanks,
Andy
