Subj: getting executeables after a V13 build completes

Not sure what's going on here. I was under the impression that there
was a successful build of V13, so I went looking for
usr/sbin/dump/dump to test and copy for a patch, but no such
directory. I believe I am looking in the correct place, however it
appears that there isn't a full tree there.
I did the following. I backed my sandbox against
v13supportos.nightly. I was in src, so I looked in
../link/obj/alpha/usr and found no sbin. Is this because there was a
bad run ?
In my case I had checked the Version.log and I think it showed a
succesful build on July 2. So I started hunting around for the files
and as I said above they weren't there. I then presumed that a new
build was in progress, but didn't know how to know that for sure,
AND didn't know whether there was some other place to find the next
latest objects.

Can you fill me in ?

thanks
