Hi,
I'm receiving the following error message when I type the command:
bsubmit -resub 10:04 -date 5/23/94
Enter the defect number this submission applies to: 2808
stat error: RCS file ./motif/lib/Xm/XmP.h,v is in use

Please take appropriate steps and re-submit.
