So is 'flume' the only machine that supports kpasswd?

Can this kpasswd problem be addressed?  It's been this way since day 1 of
Silver V1.2.

Mike, the kerberos kpasswd and associated support (kpropd) has recently
been ported to and tested on OSF/1 by the DECwest ODE group, in the next
couple of weeks this environment will move to full OSF/1 support.
