Can anyone tell me at which phase of the kernel build the object
tree machine specific conf.c file is updated? For example, on
a newly created sandbox:
cd kernel
build setup BINARY FLAMINGO
Is it done in setup, BINARY or FLAMINGO? If BINARY or FLAMINGO, is
it done in _config, _depend, or _all or some other sub-target?
