Subj: Re: unable to bco a file?
| I'm trying to bco a file and getting the following error message:
| csh> bco -r1.2.23.2 -u pr.c
|
| [ ./kernel/io/dec/presto/pr.c ]
| co: access denied by ACL
|
| I have done a kinit, what else do I need to do?

What is your PRINCIPAL name? It needs to be in the RCS acl list.
These requests normally come through the project leader/supervisor
from the group for which you are working.

My PRINCIPAL name is Jan_Reimers. I thought I would have been added
to the acl list when I got my kerberos password. OK, I'll talk to
Brian Mccarthy (supervisor) to add my name. Thanks

You're all set, I've just added you. Thought I'd let you know the process
that's all.
