A kernel taken from the FLAMINGO directory should boot on any flamingo, right?

I have a gold system (X3.0-8 (Rev. 212)) and I am working in a sandbox
backed by goldos.2wk. The vmunix from the FLAMINGO directory will not boot.

The error is: ?02 KSP INVAL
	       PC=00000000.000640F9
	       PSL=00000000.00000007

This is a known problem with goldos.2wk. You'll need to pick up a kernel
out of nightly...

The problem is worked around in goldos.nightly in
./src/kernel/arch/alpha/pmap_init.c. You can pick it up from goldos, copy it to
your sandbox, build it and relink you kernel with:

	After copying to pmap_init.c to your sandbox...

	% cd ./src/kernel
	% build BINARY_  MAKE_ARGS="pmap_init.o"
	% build FLAMINGO_relink

The FLAMINGO kernel from your sandbox should then boot. We've noticed this
problem on Sandpiper and Jensen as well.
