The CMU copyright notice on code is usually pretty strong about derivative
works needing to be made available on the same basis as the CMU code. I
think this means that OSF's version of sup and DEC's version of sup are
permitted for broad distribution and use (but with no comittment for
support, of course).
See the notices at the top of supcmain.c (I looked in the directory
lastin:/usr/sde/ode/build/ode2.2b000/src/ode/bin/sup).
