Rich, this sounds VERY serious. PLEASE have any developer who has encountered this document everything they can, including captures of the bci/bsubmit output, and file a PTT report with gen-ptt. If they don't know how to file a report, they should at least gather all the detail and send mail to odehelp. Can you provide an example of one such file? From a developer's sandbox, important information is the .BCSconfig file, information about did they outdate the last time they submitted this file, prior to a new bco? Did they encounter any merges either from bco -j, bmerge (both manual merges) or during bsubmit?
