Ernie, nothing in our processes have changed. The goldos database was
last built 2 days ago. Are you seeing more problems than you used to?
How often would you say it's right vs wrong? Are searches that used to
work now failing? Are others seeing the same level of problems? Have
you compared the same searches from ULTRIX vs OSF/1?

The "comet" utility is failing to report (or is mis-reporting) so many
cross references that is has become virtually useless. What has happened?
I normally run comet on a MIPS workstation running Ultrix with my DBD
environment variable set to "goldos". -ernie

Comet is in a transition. It does work, but probably not the version
you tried. Please read /usr/sde/osf1/build/comet/newcomet/Readme for
setup information.
