John/Grant, the next time gold & agoshw2 do their merge "party", please
change the bco -j instructions to include this new switch, which will
cut down on the cleanup people will need to do:

  Supress keyword expansion:

  -km  This switch can be used to supress most keyword expansion while merg-
       ing in another's work. The -km switch can only be used in conjunction
       with the -jrev1:rev2 option.
