but the answer to your question is that having rev 1.2 locked
prevents the creation of a new branch, which is what your bco is
attempting to do. This may have been an transient, caused by nearly
simultaneous checkout requests, so your second attempt may succeed.
If not, I suggest sending mail to Rajul to find out if he's doing
something special or is willing to unlock the trunk for you.
