In the process of retargetting, I just updated the tools area with the
Sterling BL8 tools.  Did this file exist in Sterling?  I can't find it if it
did...  Do you get this same error in the agosminor pool?

Nope it doesnt exist in sterling; Its been a missing file;

The ONLY way this space gets populated is from the compiler kit. If
You put it in the kit - we'll drop it in. Not sure exactly how
Ken assembles the kit, but if he just does a build, then this link
creation belongs in the appropriate Makefile.

For now,  since I don't know when we'll be picking up the next kit,
I'll hardwire it. Please make sure the next kit gets the link added.

BTW - We checked all the trees and it doesn't exist anywhere.

| there should be an err.english.cc file/link for the cpp which is present in
| that dir. Without said file, use of cpp results in err msgs from cpp of the

| /usr/ccs/lib/cpp: Fatal: Cannot open the file foo
