Because buffer was down for reload over the weekend and you probably have
stale mounts. Try umounting and then remounting.

I've unmount-ed *all* NFS file systems.
Same problem.

I did a "odemount -v -all" on my workstation, I got everything
I expected.

I was getting the same error message:
odemount agosminor
Error: Can't create directory /share/buffer/build/submits.dsk1 as mount
point for project agosminor:.
ls /share/buffer/build
submits.dsk1: Stale NFS file handle
submits.dsk2: Stale NFS file handle
I umounted all nfs directories & re-did 'odemount agosminor' without
problems.
I would suggest you do an 'ls /share/buffer/build' to see if there
is still a stale NFS file handle.
