Arti, in general, please send mail to 'odehelp' -- that way it goes to
me plus lots of others (including the west coast for late help)...

In this case you've bumped into a bug in -resub, in which it takes the
current directory and appends the full path to it, hence, you'll notice,
the error shows usr/sbin/secsetup twice.

Just cd to the sandbox src directory, and re-do the resub.
