Subj: 	make-depend phase of kernel build.

Hi

   I've been attempting to do full kernel build for a couple of days now,
   and so far I've been less then successful using the standard build
   commands.  The makedepend phase of the build has run for more then 11
   hours without finishing.  This of course is broken... 
   Have we changed the build structure recently or the tools?  

   Is anyone else seeing this?
