Robert, this error resulted because the "bdiff" which was found first
in your path is the sccs bdiff, /usr/ucb/bdiff, not the ode bdiff.

The 'srequest' tool should be made to call the correct bdiff explicitly,
and not rely on your path, but in the meantime, if you don't clobber your
path, or only add to it (path=($path ...)) in your .cshrc, then, when you're
in a workon, the ode bdiff will be found before the sccs bdiff.

This name conflict has been qar'd.

FYI:
	flambe-58 % sccs help ut4

	ut4:
	"`...' does not exist"
	The file does not exist.  Check for typos.
