We have a shared sandbox on slugbt which is backed to goldos.bl4.
When we try to bsubmit to the shared sandbox we get the following
errors:

It appears that buffer.zk3.dec.com is having trouble communicating
with slugbt.  Tina Anderson thought that this had occurred once
before and that someone in your group knows how to fix this.
