Subj: Usage of ODE command shorten_branch
Hi,
I am in contact again with Locus Computing. They were using the
command incbaselevel prior to installing ODEV2.0. I told them that
incbaselevel was not supported in V2.0 and that they should use the
command shorten_branch.
My question is has anybody had any problems running it? Or
should it be used with any of the flags?
Thanks in advance,
Rich
