Here's what happened on my first try at the bsbumit:

I tried to resub, but bsubmit complained that it couldn't stat the
five files that had FATAL ERRORs the first time around. So I did a
'bco -u' of those files, and tried again. This time, I got errors
like the following for each of the five files:
./usr/ccs/lib/libc/libc.msg,v <-- ./.rcstemp019286/libc.msg
ci error: no lock set by Thomas_Woodburn for revision 4.2.13.3
[ ./usr/ccs/lib/libc/libc.msg checked in onto branch 4.2.13 ]
On that last try, I used the -debug option. I saved the output in
~woodburn/public/bsubmit.log. That directory also contains:

16:32.Thold
16:32.Thomas_Woodburn
