some of our files are going into the goldos pool.

they contain copyright tags that the rest of ueg doesn't know about.

can you send me the copyright text for tags:
  DEC_ZET_1990_COPYRIGHT
  DEC_ZET_1991_COPYRIGHT
  DEC_ZET_REG_1991_COPYRIGHT

Then I can replace the tag with the text in the source files.

These tags exist in the sb as follows:
