Henry, your submit is really fairly far along, and backing it out would
be tricky (though could be done).  Checking blog on each of your files:

I found that you never checked in /usr/bin/Makefile; your initial version
is still locked and the only rev checked in along your branch:

This is certainly a problem and may be the cause of why you're stuck 
(though bsubmit should have caught this at the start).

Please do:

	% bco /usr/bin/Makefile

and then retry the bsubmit -resub 4:33 -date 8/3/93.

If this fails, we'll back out your submit, or at least break it in two
pieces, removing the bin/Makefile as a separate submit.

Sorry for all the trouble.  I will check over the weekend; also I
sometimes work late (like 12am-2am) which appears to be sync with your
timezone; we could make an "appointment" to work on the problem
together if necessary.

Please help. I tried again but it is still failing.
