The first thing to try is
bcs -o -all
which will outdate any branch revisions created by the sandbox. When you
checked them in with "bci" the sandbox's branches were marked defunct.
When you later bsubmitted them, the agosminor branch was marked defunct.
If they're still in your set, it's probably because you declined to have
bsubmit outdate them.
The message you saw ("There is no branch revision set...") is normal
(though not very descriptive) when bstatting a defuncted file.
