Fairbrother UEG 20-Jul-1993 0858" To: [email protected] CC: Subj: Anyone else having problems with /sbin/init.d/ode I not sure why (yet) but the /sbin/init.d/ode does not mount all the ode mount points. The rc.config file has the -all option defined. If I add an odemount line in nfsmount then I get all the mount points. Also why does odemount complain so much, about directories being already mounted... I file a get-ptt report if I don't here back from anyone... Michael D. Fairbrother" <mdf@wasted:zko.dec> CC: odehelp@wasted:zko.dec Subj: Re: Anyone else having problems with /sbin/init.d/ode Mike, this bug was reported but not fixed yet, though we've fixed it in our local copy of the install/ode command. Compare what you have in your /sbin/init.d/ode with /usr/sde/install/ode; it should include at the top: #!/sbin/sh # jmf 4/16 fix to odemount - removed ""s # gvd 6/16 fix same string to use sh redirect correctly Eventually it will be fixed formally by seattle and we'll get the update. -josh |
