Jayne, this is correct, the maintenance stream is locked and the
release is complete.  No more submits should be going into this stream.

(Joe, please correct me if I'm wrong and if you expected these submits.)

By the way, why is your defect number " agosmaint-not-applicable " ?
(if anything I'd recommend, eg. something like agosmaint-qatest)

I see your file is in the directory "src/sqa/commandsTest".  If you
have QA/QC test suite related work which is not part of the shipping
product, in my opinion it should not be in the release stream pool.
There are a few QA/QC ode pools already in existence with this sort of
stuff, and there could easily be more created/supported.  Contact Aaron
Sawyer, Paul Hantman, and Henry Hall about existing QA/QC ode pools.

I'd be happy to talk with you more about this if you like.  If these
files do need to go into maintenance, please have the submit approved
by Joe Kenny and we'll open the pool for you.

	When trying to submit qa's cmmdsList file, I get the following
	error message.

- --> bsubmit cmmdsList
Enter the defect number this submission applies to: agosmaint-not-applicable

	I was submitting from my sandbox on alpha (formerly ruddy), 
	after checking in the file.
