Sorry, we didn't get to this in time.  It's not easy for us to know
that someone isn't on the submit.acl -- we currently have to rely on
the engineer to ask to be added.  And then we ask reng to do it:

Reng: Please add A_Tanaka to the agosminor submit.acl list.

Meanwhile, I see that the submits are going in under woodburn; this
isn't exactly ideal, but it's an acceptable temporary solution.

Tom & Akira, just for the record,

I believe that Akira knows he is all set now to submit with his own name.

Just for the record, regarding

We don't add people in the submit acl list from the start; only after
they've been approved and the project team has informed us (reng) that
they should now go in the list.

We VERY MUCH FROWN upon people using other peoples' name for check-ins
or submits.  The whole point of the principal name support in ODE is to
allow tracking who REALLY did the work.

It's inappropriate for someone to give someone else use of their
principal name, except in some unusual circumstances, and even then we
can do things like change a branch name to support changing who's
working on an active file, if need be.

Akira Tanaka is having problems submitting to agosminor.  His
submit was approved, but bsubmit gives him the following error:

>> You are prevented from submitting to: /usr/sde/osf1/build/agosminor.
>> No entry in submit or sadmin access lists.

This is his first submit ever, so I'm wondering if we just for-
got to add him to the submit access list.  He does have a
principal name and password.

	Hi,

I'm trying to submit 2 files into agosminor pool using Tom Woodburn's
principal name since I'm not on the access list. He agreed to use his
principal name.

My problem is I'm seeing errors in submiting ./usr/shlib/alpha/so_locations
and ./usr/ccs/lib/libcurses/NLgetch.c. For NLgetch.c I'm going to defunct it.
I have included ./src information and two logs.

Since we couldn't expect any help on both Saturday & Sunday and our
submit slot was until Sunday, we couldn't find any other alternative
workarounds. Sorry for that.

By the way, I managed to solve all bsubmit problems I was seeing..
