Subj: ODE enhancement suggestions
We (specifically Deb Hartsing) in the Motif 2.0 group have on occasion
the need to use ODE at OSF, and have noted two nice features of their
ODE that would make fine enhancements to our version:
1) bco has an -undo switch that is equivalent to bcs -u -o. -undo is
much more intuitive and is consistent with -undo in other ODE
commands.
2) If bcreate is invoked with the name of an existing file, it checks
for an existing ODE header and, if there is none, it puts one in
front of that file. If there is one already, it just warns of that
fact, adds nothing, and does the rcs create.
