What is the proper syntax to include other files within a makefile?
FYI:
The ODE-II Developer's User Guide and the ODE training slides says:
. include "file"
But in the makefiles found in the backing trees the syntax is:
include "file" ( no dot )
I guess the docs are wrong. Or am I missing something?
