Sometimes, when I'm in my sandbox and I do certain operations
I get the error messages:

Retrying connection to buffer.zk3.dec.com: retry number 1
No longer using cached authorization

followed by a rather lengthy delay. Why is this? I have
recently gotten a Kerberos ticket and I am running xntpd.

Dave,

We moved some filesystems around [i.e. changed devs but kept the namespace].
NFS doesn't like this much. What I reccommend you do is unmount all of
the ODE pools from your system and remount them. This should clear this up.
