 Is the goldos pool locked from submits for some reason?

Paula, some directories were owned by 'root' instead of 'devbld' after
having been moved from the old the new bigger submits disks; I've fixed
the ownerships -- please retry the goldos submit that was failing...

from UNX. Is there a file in the pool I could submit without

The admin directory is controlled by a different ACL list.  Apparently
testing of the sort you want to do was annoying someone.
