When did you start this build? BL3 was just put out there late last

BL3 isn't released yet.
agosmaint.bl3 hasn't been announced and so can not be assumed to be stable.
The announcement should be going out soon, so you should try again then.
Also, it's critical you follow the instructions wrt tailored config files and
the new fast scsi changes.
