The new DOCUMENT notesfile is ready for use, and this file (DOCUMENT_FT) is
being write-locked. 

Here are the particulars of what currently exists on CLOSET/VAXUUM:

DOCUMENT.NOTE  A brand-new notesfile for discussion and problem reporting.

DOCUMENT_BUGS.NOTE A brand-new notesfile for tracking bugs and their
                   workarounds and solutions. This file is world-readable, but
                   the entering of notes is restricted to the development team.

DOCUMENT_BL6.NOTE  Write-locked; this file (which used to be named 
                   DOCUMENT.NOTE) contains discussions pertaining to an
                   old baselevel (BL6) of DOCUMENT.

DOCUMENT_FT.NOTE   Write-locked; the file you're now reading--contains 
                   discussions pertaining to the field test versions of
                   VAX DOCUMENT V1.0 (as well as some discussion pertaining
                   to the released product).
