I'm having a problem with the text formatter. I've tried everything I can think of, and I'm stuck. Here's the error message: $DOC PREPARE S.R LN03 %DOC-I-IDENT... . . . The line number there refers to the .TEX file, not the .SDML file. Run DOCUMENT with the /KEEP=TEX qualifier, then look at the .TEX file to determine the correct context. Alternatively, search through your .SDML file for the text string "Open-mos" within a numbered list, since the bogus character occurs immediately following that string. --Brian | |||||
881.2 | Same problem: arrow keys pressed too long | IJSAPL::KLERK | Theo de Klerk | Sat Sep 05 1987 17:56 | 11 |
The situation described in .0 is EXACTLY the situation I encountered before entering the recent note on "unprintable character eliminator". I bet the author of .0 kept one/several of the arrow keys pressed too long inside EDT and caused an <esc>[A-D sequence which is passed by Gutentag but not by TeX. Indeed the line number reference fooled me at first too, as the end-user normally never enters the TeX file voluntarily... Theo |
