    One of the files I was working on had a multipage example
    that was coded without the <example_attributes>(multipage)
    tag and without <valid_break> tags.  When I built the book,
    the text formatter seemed to go into some sort of loop 
    and reported the following error 30 times before terminating
    processing.  This error was not reported when the chapter
    was processed individually.  Also, I did get an output file
    from this bookbuild.
