The last row of a table unit is being put on a new page. Reading the
documentation, you can't use KEEP if you are using table units, so the
implication is that the unit will be kept on one page. Is the trick to
add break tags before and after the unit? Or something else?
BTW, I think the KEEP restriction on table units should be documented
with the <table> tag as well as <table_unit>.
