    some <math> problems/suggestions:
    
    a) no way using nested <groups> with <over>
       example:
                            y
                           ---
                            z
                      x = -----
                            w
    
       got no errors from SDML text preparation but TEX didn't like
       its feeder file.
    
    b) <dot_char> used in <groups> <over> does not result in a letter
       with dot above but with a small dash within the character.

    c) wasn't satisfied with all my equations formated (centered) by 
       document, for example for a set of equations you may want an
       easy way to have all equal signs within the same column.

    d) in LSE expand (^E) does not work for all tags, eg <subscript>,
       <superscript>,...
    
    e) <math> with <mathend> and <math>() are not the same, they do 
       result in expressions with different text sizes (doctype general).

    That's so far, if I have done something wrong please tell me.
