    The table of contents gets messed up when you reach big numbers
    (>100) at the <head1> level. With doctype s.sp and destination TERM
    I get TOC lines like the following:
    
    1.102DATASTORE FOO           or
    1.102.3RELATION BAR
    
    instead of
    
    1.102 DATASTORE FOO
    1.102.3 RELATION BAR
    
    Any workaround available ?
