	In a future release of DOCUMENT, I would like to see the 
<SIGNATURE_LIST> and <SIGNATURE_LINE> capabilities of the MILSPEC doctypes 
added to REPORT.

	In many of the documents generated by field offices, the title page 
has traditionaly had a two-column signature block, customer and DEC.  The 
REPORT style of signatures is not as "comfortable" as the two-column.  The 
MILSPEC design style is not as "comfortable" as the REPORT style.  Thus, my 
problem!  

	The tag translation is the bottle-neck.  I figure that I might be able
to hack up a design that I can run a .TEX file thru to get what I want, but
that won't be acceptable to the multitude of people who do these things, that
is, running once to get a TEX file and again to get a printed one.  The other 
option is to make a design that makes MILSPEC look more like REPORT, but not 
being a real TeX jock, I don't know if that is viable or not.

	Oh well, one more for the wishlist!
